Purchase and delivery

The seller and VAT-registered merchant for purchases is Stripe, through its Link brand (merchant of record). Digital content is delivered immediately after payment via a download link.

Refunds

Guides are digital content delivered immediately after payment, so the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the download starts (you agree to this at checkout). If a file doesn't work, you bought the wrong guide or language by mistake, or you were charged twice, write to us within 14 days — we will replace the guide or refund you.

License

The PDF is licensed for personal and family use. Sharing, publishing and resale are not allowed.

Privacy

Data controller: Vexum packaging d.o.o. (see Imprint). This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no advertising or analytics tools. When you buy, Stripe (Link), as the seller, collects your email, country and payment details; we never see your card number. From Stripe we receive only what is needed for delivery and accounting: the order, your email, country and chosen language. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, processes technical data (IP address, browser) to run the site securely. If you write to [email protected], we keep your message to answer it (mail is forwarded through Cloudflare to Google Gmail). Purpose: delivering the guides, support, and legal accounting and tax obligations. Data is shared only with Stripe (payment, receipt, tax), Cloudflare (hosting, mail forwarding) and Google (our mailbox); we never sell it or share it for advertising. Security: the site runs on HTTPS only, payment runs on Stripe's certified (PCI DSS) checkout, and paid files are released only for a verified purchase. Retention: order records as long as accounting and tax law requires, support messages for up to 2 years. Your rights under the GDPR: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability — write to [email protected]. You can lodge a complaint with the Croatian data protection authority (AZOP, azop.hr).
